Artistic-Erotic is not an oxymoron
The female human form is endlessly fascinating and nudes exist on a spectrum from "implied nudes" to "figure nudes" to "artistic nudes" to "erotic nudes" to "pornography". I shoot all of these categories.
I think each woman owns her body and it's entirely up to her how she wants to share it. I do not believe I am exploiting the women who model for me.
Honor the Vulva
If you look at my portfolio you will see lots of "open leg" shots. These are artistic nudes; they are not necessarily erotic.
They are nudes that show the vulva as part of the whole woman. I do not think "open leg" is automatically "erotic".
Erotic vs Porn: Who cares?
There are erotic images in my port. To me, erotic means it is designed for arousal; it means sexy. To some it may cross over to porn. I'm not interested in this debate; I think they are all artistic-erotic nudes.
Obviously, these erotic images are made with the model's cooperation and enthusiastic participation.
